Are there nurses on duty all day?
Yes. There are licensed nurses on duty 24-hours a day.
Where should I park when I visit?
There is a parking lot out in the front of the building where guests can park without a pass or permit. If the front lot is full, there are also available spots along the side and back of the facility.
What do I need to bring with me when I am admitted?
Please bring a copy of your insurance cards and a copy of your ID with you. You should also bring any Power Of Attorney papers or Advanced Directives. We recommend bringing clothing that is comfortable and easy to put on and take off, a comfortable pair of shoes, and also for precautionary purposes, that you label all belongings with your first and last name. You are also welcome to bring in any personal items to make your room look more home-like. We highly recommend not bringing in any valuables.
What are the visiting hours?
Visitation is encouraged between 8AM to 8PM. However, you are able to visit your loved one outside of that time frame, we just ask that you are considerate in doing so.
Can children visit?
Yes, of course! As long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Can we bring a family pet to the facility to visit?
Yes. We’re a pet friendly facility, so long as the pet is up to date with required vaccinations, we welcome resident family pets to visit. Please provide a copy of the updated vaccinations to our facility.
How often will a physician or health professional visit?
Upon admission, a physician will arrive to do a full examination within the first 72 hours. A physician will then come every 30 days and a nurse practitioner will come bi-weekly to check in with the patient.
Can I take my loved one home for a visit?
Yes. “Going out on pass” is with the physician’s approval. Your loved one may leave the rehab center with a family member or friend during the day or for a longer period of time with prior notification to the nursing staff. When going out on pass you must sign in and out at the nurse’s station.
What Activities do you offer?
We have a variety of activities scheduled that appeal to residents interests with varying levels of health. Activities held at the building may include daily exercise, bingo, religious services, trivia to mention a few.
Are there religious services that you offer?
We are a non-denominational facility where we engage in singing, bible studies, and various religious discussion groups (All are optional). We have volunteers that come in to provide spiritual and religious type activities,
Do you take residents on bus trips?
We offer outings to various locations, such as restaurants, local attractions, and shopping centers. (All outings are weather permitting)
Can I bring in my loved one their favorite food?
Yes, as long as it complies with their prescribed diet.
What safety measures are in place when an emergency happens?
We have extensive protocols for each disaster plan. Please contact the administrator for details.
Can I send packages or mail to my loved one? If so, how?

What types of therapy do you provide?
Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy are available up to 7 days a week.
How is laundry done?
The patient will get to choose upon arrival whether or not they would prefer the facility or their family to handle their laundry services. The facility labels all clothing items with an iron on label.
